Georg Schroeter is a German politician who has served as a member of the Bundestag since the 2025 federal election. Before entering national politics, he spent three decades as a self-employed business owner, managing an engineering firm and a public company. He previously held membership in the Free Democratic Party (FDP) before joining the Alternative for Germany (AfD) in 2013. Since 2020, he has also served as a member of the Hamm City Council. Schroeter is a member of the Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.
