Gi-hyeon Kim is a South Korean politician and former judge currently serving as a five-term member of the National Assembly for the Nam-gu Eul district in Ulsan. A graduate of Seoul National University, he began his career as a judge before entering politics. He previously served as the Mayor of Ulsan from 2014 to 2018 and held the position of leader of the People Power Party from March to December 2023. Throughout his legislative career, he has been a prominent figure within the conservative bloc, having served in various leadership roles including floor leader and policy committee chair.
