Gianguido D'Alberto

Gianguido D'Alberto is an Italian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Teramo. Born in Cosenza in 1977, he holds a degree in law from the University of Teramo and earned a doctorate in European constitutional law in 2008. Before his election as mayor, he worked as a technical-legal expert for the Abruzzo Regional Council and taught law and economics. D'Alberto was first elected mayor in 2018 with the support of a center-left coalition and was re-elected for a second term in 2023.
