Gilvan Maximo

Gilvan Maximo is a Brazilian politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the Federal District from 2023 to 2025. Prior to his federal mandate, he held significant administrative roles, including Secretary of Science and Technology for the Federal District from 2019 to 2022 and Extraordinary Secretary for the Brasília surroundings in the government of Goiás between 2011 and 2014. His tenure in the Chamber of Deputies ended in July 2025 following a Supreme Federal Court ruling regarding electoral surplus distribution rules.
