Givi Mikanadze

Givi Mikanadze is a Georgian politician, legal scholar, and government official serving as the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. He earned a degree in Jurisprudence from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master of Laws from the University of Essex, subsequently working as a legal scholar, university lecturer, and rector of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Elected to the Parliament of Georgia in December 2020 on the Georgian Dream party list, he later assumed ministerial responsibilities while continuing a prominent role in national legislative and educational policy.
