Govindan Pallikappil is an Indian politician and legal professional serving as a member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly for the Kanhangad constituency since May 2026. A member of the Communist Party of India (CPI), he has been a long-time organizational figure and socio-political activist in northern Kerala. Prior to his election to the assembly, he practiced law and held leadership roles within the CPI District Council in Kasaragod.
