Grzegorz Macko is a Polish politician and local government official currently serving as a member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. He began his political career in 2010 and previously served as the Deputy Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship from 2019 to 2024. Before entering the national parliament, he worked as an advisor in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and held various roles in regional administration. Macko holds degrees in economics, production management, and an MBA. In November 2024, he was appointed as the head of the Law and Justice party's district board in Wałbrzych.
