Guadalupe Murguía Gutiérrez is a Mexican lawyer and politician currently serving as a Senator for the state of Querétaro. A member of the National Action Party (PAN), she has held numerous public offices, including Secretary General of Government of Querétaro and Secretary of Education. She served as a federal deputy from 2015 to 2018, during which time she presided over the Chamber of Deputies in 2017. Known for her extensive career in public administration and legal practice, she has also been involved in high-profile legislative commissions, including those investigating the Ayotzinapa case. She is a signatory of the Madrid Charter.
