Héctor Barría

Héctor Barría is a Chilean politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for the 25th District of the Los Lagos Region. Born in Llanquihue, he previously served as a councillor and later as the mayor of Purranque, where he achieved significant electoral success. Since assuming his parliamentary seat in 2022, he has focused on education, public health, and water resources, while also taking on leadership roles within his party's parliamentary committee. He holds a degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Los Lagos.
