Héctor Muñoz Uribe

Héctor Muñoz Uribe is a Chilean politician and pharmacist who currently serves as the Mayor of Concepción. A member of the Christian Social Party, he previously held the position of Regional Ministerial Secretary of Health for the Bío Bío Region and served as a municipal councilor for Concepción. During his university years, he founded the evangelical movement 'Águilas de Jesús' and became the first evangelical president of the University of Concepción's Student Federation. His political career is characterized by a social-conservative stance, with a focus on public health, security, and urban infrastructure.
