Hà Phước Thắng

Ha Phuoc Thang is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 15th term representing Ho Chi Minh City, as well as Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation and a member of the National Assembly's Committee on Legal Affairs. Born in Quang Nam province, he pursued extensive education in politics and law, earning a Master's degree in Law and completing advanced political theory training. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions in Ho Chi Minh City, including serving as Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of District 3, and Head of the South City Management Board.
