Haifa Najjar is a Jordanian politician who has served as the Minister of Culture since October 2021. Before entering government, she had a distinguished career in education, serving as the principal of the Ahliyyah School for Girls and the Bishop's School for Girls. She is a founding member of the Board of Trustees of The King's Academy and has been recognized for her contributions to education and humanitarian leadership, including receiving the Lanfranc Award for Education and Scholarship in 2017.
