Halina Bieda is a Polish politician and educator currently serving as a member of the Senate of Poland. Born in Chorzów, she began her career as a teacher before entering local government, where she served as Deputy Mayor and briefly as the acting Mayor of Bytom. She later held the position of director at the Museum of the Silesian Uprisings in Świętochłowice. A member of the Civic Coalition, she has represented the Katowice constituency in the Senate since 2019, focusing on regional development and local governance.
