Hamza Adam

Hamza Adam is a Ghanaian politician and academic serving as the Member of Parliament for the Kumbungu Constituency in the Northern Region. A member of the National Democratic Congress, he was first elected in 2020 and subsequently re-elected in the 2024 general election. Before entering politics, he worked as a lecturer and Head of Department at the University for Development Studies. He holds a PhD in Rural Livelihoods and has served on various parliamentary committees, including those focused on the environment, business, and constitutional affairs.
