Hanif Khan Pitafi is a Pakistani politician serving as a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab. First elected in the 2018 provincial election as an independent candidate from PP-289 (Dera Ghazi Khan-V), he subsequently joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and served as an advisor to the Chief Minister on Health. He was re-elected to the provincial assembly in the 2024 provincial election.
