Harold Duterte

Harold James Tapangan Duterte is a Filipino politician and businessman who has served as a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2025. Representing the Puwersa ng Pilipinong Pandagat (PPP) party-list, he is part of an independent Davao-based legislative bloc alongside fellow representatives Paolo Duterte, Omar Duterte, and Isidro Ungab. A member of the prominent Duterte political family, he is a cousin of Vice President Sara Duterte, Davao City Representative Paolo Duterte, and Davao City Mayor Sebastian Duterte.
