Hasbiallah Ilyas is an Indonesian politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term, representing the Jakarta I electoral district. A member of the National Awakening Party (PKB), he serves on Commission III, which oversees legal affairs. Prior to his national parliamentary career, he served as a member of the Jakarta Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) from 2009 to 2024. An alumnus of the Institute of Quranic Sciences in Jakarta and Damascus University, he has also been active in religious education and community leadership within the Betawi community in Jakarta.
