Heiner Rickers

Heiner Rickers is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein, representing the constituency of Steinburg-Ost since 2009. A trained agricultural engineer and self-employed farmer, he has been active in local politics since 1992, serving as the mayor of Oeschebüttel since 2003. Within the CDU, he has held leadership roles at the district level and served as the party's agricultural and environmental policy spokesperson in the state parliament. He is also involved in various community organizations, including the volunteer fire department and the Red Cross.
