MAMMADOV Hikmat Baba oglu

Hikmat Mammadov is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representing the First Narimanov Constituency No 19. A member of the New Azerbaijan Party, he is actively involved in parliamentary committee work, including the Human Rights Committee, the Disciplinary Commission, and the Defence, Security and Counter-Corruption Committee. Additionally, he leads the working group for Azerbaijani-Paraguayan interparliamentary relations and serves as a member of numerous other international friendship groups, including those focused on Turkey, China, Iran, and Israel.
