Hilma Nicanor is a Namibian politician and activist. She joined SWAPO and its military wing, the People's Liberation Army of Namibia (PLAN), at a young age to fight for independence. Over her career, she has served as a constituency councillor, a member of the National Council representing the ǁKaras Region, and as Namibia's Deputy Minister for Veteran Affairs.
