髙安 博明

Hiroaki Takayasu is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly, representing the Hitachi City constituency. Affiliated with the Democratic Party for the People, he is in his second term of office. Within the assembly, he contributes to the work of the Business Strategy, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Committee, as well as the Budget Special Committee.
