Hoàng Duy Chinh is a Vietnamese politician of the Tay ethnic group currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Vietnam. Born on September 15, 1968, in Nam Cuong, Cho Don district, Bac Thai province (now Thai Nguyen province), he holds a master's degree in law and advanced political theory. Over his extensive political career, he has held key leadership positions including Secretary of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Kan Province, and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Council of the National Assembly. He is also a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam for the 13th and 14th terms.
