Hoàng Trung Dũng is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as a Member of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Ha Tinh province. He is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and holds the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, having previously served as Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Review, Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and advanced degrees in political theory.
