Hoàng Văn Nghĩa

Hoang Van Nghia is a Lieutenant General in the Vietnam People's Army and currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Central Military Commission. Born in 1959 in Tho Xuan, Thanh Hoa, he has had a distinguished military career, previously serving as the Political Commissar of the 4th Corps. He was promoted to the rank of Major General in 2015 and later attained the rank of Lieutenant General in 2019. Throughout his service, he has held significant leadership roles within the military's political and inspection apparatus.
