Houssein Ould Medou

Houssein Ould Medou is a Mauritanian politician currently serving as the Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication and Relations with Parliament. He was appointed to this position in August 2024 as part of the government led by Prime Minister Moctar Ould Diay, following the re-election of President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani. As a member of the El Insaf party, he also serves as the official spokesperson for the government.
