Hsu Chen-wei

Hsu Chen-wei is a Taiwanese politician currently serving as the Magistrate of Hualien County, a position she has held since December 2018. Before her election as magistrate, she served as a member of the Legislative Yuan representing the Kuomintang party-list from 2016 to 2018. Her political career has been marked by her involvement in local Hualien governance and her marriage to former magistrate Fu Kun-chi, with whom she has navigated various legal and political challenges, including a high-profile controversy regarding a 2009 divorce and subsequent appointment.
