Hyung-dong Kim is a South Korean politician and lawyer serving as a member of the 21st and 22nd National Assembly. Born in Andong, he earned a degree in communication and information from Seoul National University before passing the 45th bar examination. Prior to his political career, he spent 15 years providing legal counsel for the Federation of Korean Trade Unions and served as a representative attorney at a law firm. In the National Assembly, he has focused on labor and environmental policy, serving on the Environment and Labor Committee and as a senior deputy chair of the People Power Party's Policy Committee.
