Igor Bečić

Igor Bečić is a Serbian politician who has served as a member of the National Assembly of Serbia for nearly every term since 1997. Initially a member of the far-right Serbian Radical Party, he joined the Serbian Progressive Party in 2008. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has held various leadership roles, including deputy speaker of the assembly and chair of the security services control committee. Bečić has also been active in international parliamentary diplomacy, notably leading Serbia's delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. His political focus includes maintaining Serbia's military neutrality and overseeing national security and defense policy.
