Indira Vizcaíno Silva is a Mexican politician currently serving as the Governor of Colima. Born in 1987 in Tijuana, she was raised in Colima and is the daughter of the politician Arnoldo Vizcaíno. She began her legislative career serving as a Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress from 2009 to 2012. In 2021, she made history by becoming the second female Governor of Colima and the first individual from a party other than the PRI to hold the office in over 90 years.
