Ine Eriksen Søreide

Ine Eriksen Søreide is a Norwegian politician who has served as the leader of the Conservative Party since 2026. A long-standing member of the Storting representing Oslo since 2005, she previously held high-level cabinet positions, serving as Minister of Defence from 2013 to 2017 and as the first female Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2021. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent voice on international security, NATO relations, and human rights, consistently advocating for a strong, rules-based international order.
