Ioan Balan

Ioan Balan is a Romanian politician serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies. Born in Cajvana, Romania, he was first elected to parliament in 2008 representing the Democratic Liberal Party. Following the merger of his party with the National Liberal Party during the 2012–2016 legislative term, he became a member of the National Liberal Party and has continued his parliamentary career representing Suceava.
