Iphigenie Mukandera

Iphigenie Mukandera is a Rwandan politician and member of the Chamber of Deputies in the Parliament of Rwanda. Elected in 2018, she served as deputy chairperson of the chamber's standing committee on foreign affairs and cooperation during her term. Before entering national politics, she worked in local government, notably serving as the vice-mayor in charge of social affairs for Ngoma District.
