Irene Manzi

Irene Manzi is an Italian politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies, having been re-elected in 2022. Previously, she served as a deputy from 2013 to 2018 and as the deputy mayor of Macerata from 2010 to 2013, where she held portfolios for culture, tourism, and the historic center. A law graduate from the University of Macerata, she has held various leadership roles within the Democratic Party, including serving as the national head for school, education, and childhood policies under the leadership of Elly Schlein. Her legislative work has focused primarily on culture, science, and education.
