Irsan Sosiawan Gading is an Indonesian politician and businessman currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term, representing the Aceh II electoral district. In addition to his legislative duties, he serves as the Chairman of the NasDem Party Regional Leadership Council for Aceh province. Before entering politics, he held various executive positions in the private sector, including leadership roles at PT. Media Djaya Bersama and PT. Bara Energi Lestari. He is the nephew of NasDem Party Chairman Surya Paloh.
