Ismail Sabri Yaakob is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who served as the ninth Prime Minister of Malaysia from 2021 to 2022. A long-standing member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), he has represented the Bera constituency in the Dewan Rakyat since 2004. Throughout his career, he has held numerous cabinet positions, including Minister of Defence, Minister of Rural and Regional Development, and Minister of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry.
