Ivica Dačić

Ivica Dačić is a Serbian politician who has served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia since 2022 and as the Minister of Internal Affairs since 2024. A long-time leader of the Socialist Party of Serbia, which he has headed since 2006, Dačić previously served as the Prime Minister of Serbia from 2012 to 2014. Throughout his career, he has held various high-level positions, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and President of the National Assembly. Known for his pragmatic approach to governance, he has overseen significant shifts in Serbian policy, including efforts toward European Union accession and the normalization of relations with Kosovo through the Brussels Agreement.
