János Bencsik

János Bencsik is a Hungarian politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly. He previously served as the Mayor of Tatabánya from 1990 to 2010 and held the position of State Secretary for Climate Change and Energy in the Ministry of National Development between 2010 and 2011. Throughout his career, he has been a member of various parliamentary committees, including the Economic and Information Technology Committee and the Committee on Sustainable Development. Following the 2026 parliamentary election, he was appointed chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee.
