Jae-won Kim, also known by her stage name Riaa, is a South Korean politician and former singer. Born in 1975, she spent her childhood in Nepal and India before returning to Korea, where she debuted as a rock singer in 1997 and gained fame for hits such as 'Tears.' Beyond her music career, she has worked as a vocal instructor, car racer, and business owner. In 2024, she entered politics by joining the Rebuilding Korea Party and was elected as a proportional representative to the 22nd National Assembly of South Korea.
