Jamie Schmale

Jamie Schmale is a Canadian politician who has served as a Member of the House of Commons representing the riding of Haliburton—Kawartha Lakes—Brock since 2015. A member of the Conservative Party, he has held parliamentary roles including Shadow Minister for Crown-Indigenous Relations and Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee on Indigenous and Northern Affairs. Prior to his election to federal office, he worked in radio broadcasting and journalism as a news anchor and news director, and served as an executive assistant and campaign manager for MP Barry Devolin.
