Jatoth Ram Chander Naik is an Indian politician and medical doctor serving as a Member of the Telangana Legislative Assembly for the Dornakal constituency. Representing the Indian National Congress, he won the 2023 assembly election and was subsequently appointed Deputy Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly in June 2025. Before entering active politics, he completed his M.B.B.S. and M.S. in General Surgery at Osmania Medical College.
