JC Rahman Nava

Joaquin Carlos Rahman Nava is a Filipino politician and physician currently serving as the representative for the lone district of Guimaras in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. A long-standing figure in local politics, he previously served as the Governor of Guimaras from 1998 to 2007 and again from 2022 to 2025. Additionally, he held the position of representative for Guimaras from 2007 to 2016. Nava, who holds a Doctor of Medicine degree, began his government career as a legislative staff officer before establishing a significant political career in his home province.
