Jean Coussins, Baroness Coussins

Jean Coussins, Baroness Coussins is a British parliamentarian and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2007. Sitting as a Crossbencher, she is widely recognized for her expertise in corporate responsibility and language policy. Prior to her parliamentary career, she held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Chief Executive of the Portman Group and as a member of the Better Regulation Commission. She is an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Linguists and has been honored by the British Academy for her contributions to public life.
