Jean-Louis Grinda

Jean-Louis Grinda is a Monegasque politician and prominent opera manager who has served as a member of the National Council of Monaco since 2013. In February 2023, he was unanimously elected as the Vice-President of the National Council. Beyond his political career, Grinda is a distinguished figure in the performing arts, having served as the director of the Opéra de Monte-Carlo from 2007 to 2022 and as the director of the Chorégies d'Orange festival. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Paris II and has been recognized for his contributions to culture as a Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters.
