Jeff Steinborn

Jeff Steinborn is an American politician serving as a member of the New Mexico Senate for District 36 since 2017. Previously, he served in the New Mexico House of Representatives from 2006 to 2010 and again from 2013 to 2017. Throughout his legislative career, Steinborn has focused on environmental conservation, open government, and economic development, notably leading efforts to establish the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument and passing the Medical Psilocybin Act. He also serves as the Executive Director of Outdoor New Mexico and Board President of Film Las Cruces.
