Jess Wilson is an Australian politician who has served as the Leader of the Opposition in Victoria and the leader of the Victorian Liberal Party since November 2025. She has been the Member of Parliament for the district of Kew since 2022. Before entering politics, she worked as an adviser to federal treasurer Josh Frydenberg and as the Executive Director of Policy at the Business Council of Australia. Widely considered a moderate within the Liberal Party, Wilson is the first woman to lead the Victorian Liberals and has focused her leadership on justice reform and economic planning.
