Jesse Topper

Jesse Topper is an American politician serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 78th district since 2014. A member of the Republican Party, he currently serves as the minority leader of the state House. Before his election to the legislature, he served on the Bedford Borough Council and worked as a minister at a United Methodist Church. Topper is known for his socially and fiscally conservative views, including his strong support for the Second Amendment and his opposition to the legalization of adult-use cannabis.
