Jesús Santa Rodríguez is a Puerto Rican politician born in 1964 and affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez in 1987 and completed postgraduate studies in Economics at the University of Puerto Rico. First elected to the Puerto Rico House of Representatives in 2012, he represents District 31.
