Jiří Pospíšil

Jiří Pospíšil is a Czech politician and current 1st vice-chairman of the political party TOP 09. Born in 1975, he previously served as the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic twice, from 2006 to 2009 and again from 2010 to 2012. A former member of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS), he later joined TOP 09 and served as its party leader from 2017 to 2019. Pospíšil is a law graduate from the University of West Bohemia, where he also served as Dean of the Faculty of Law.
