Joaquín Zebadúa Alva is a Mexican politician and sociologist currently serving as a federal deputy in the Congress of the Union. He holds a degree in sociology from the Autonomous University of Chiapas and completed further studies in international human rights at Sapienza University of Rome. Before his legislative career, he served as a director at the National Commission of Protected Natural Areas and held the position of municipal president of Berriozábal from 2018 to 2021. As a member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 2021, where he contributes to the committees on Environment and Natural Resources, Health, and Energy.
