Job Pomat

Job Pomat is a Papua New Guinean politician serving as the Speaker of the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea. First elected to the National Parliament in 2007 representing Manus Open, he has held various cabinet portfolios including Inter-Government Relations Minister and Fisheries Minister. He resigned from the People's National Congress in 2020 to maintain his neutrality as speaker, later joining the Pangu Party and winning re-election as Speaker for the eleventh Parliament in 2022.
